11:11:11..Linking Heart to Heart

As we approach the undeniable shifting of energy throughout the Universe this coming Friday, perhaps it is an opportune time to connect not just with the energy being sent to us, but to connect with those we love. An opportunity to reconnect with teachers, friends, and family members that have supported and taught us as we approach 11.11.11.

I began the week by clearing away clutter throughout our home. I rearranged and made sure our sacred space was in peaceful order for extended meditations. I gathered together a collection of music that touches our soul and opens our hearts.

I made a resolution to contact like minded people that I haven't talked to in many, many months. So far, it has brought much joy to my heart to hear their voices, enjoying long conversations about the changes we may see as lightworkers in the year to come. Interestingly enough, many of us previously lived very close to one another, and are now spread out, states between us, but still seeking ways to teach, to reach others, connecting on a spiritual ascension level.

I am also receiving calls from friends in distress because of upheaval in their lives. I remind them that they will see much of this in the coming year, as we are being given the chance to leave behind the things that do not serve us anymore, making way for the true desires of the heart to be fulfilled.

To optimize this time of spiritual connection to the Galactic, I am trying to limit the amount of sugar in all forms that I consume, as well as meat. I have found that increasing water intake helps my sugar craving. Enjoying fresh and dried fruit and nuts also seems to diminish that desire for sugar. If the craving becomes overwhelming, I indulge in a couple of small pieces of very dark chocolate. Poison that it is, you don't realize how much sugar you consume or how addicted you are to it until you actually decide to cut back on it!

We cannot truly say what will happen from 11.11.11 on through the next year into 2012. But, if nothing comes from it but the linking of hearts, spreading compassion and tolerance amongst our world, won't that be enough?
